简介：Indocyaninegreen(ICG)isacyaninedyeusedinmedicaldiagnostics.Itisusedfordeterminingcardiacoutput,hepaticfunction,andliverbloodflow,andforophthalmicangiography.Ithasapeakspectralabsorptionatabout800nm.Theseinfraredfrequenciespenetrateretinallayers,allowingICGangiographytoimagedeeperpatternsofcirculationthanfluoresceinangiography.ICGbindstightlytoplasmaproteinsandbecomesconfinedtothevascularsystem.ICGhasahalf-lifeof150to180secondsandisremovedfromcirculationexclusivelybythelivertobilejuice.
