简介：Poly(acrylicacid)(PAAorCarbomer)isgenericnameforsynthetichighmolecularweightpolymersofacrylicacid.Theymaybehomopolymersofacrylicacid,crosslinkedwithanallyletherpentaerythritol,allyletherofsucroseorallyletherofpropylene.InawatersolutionatneutralpH,PAAisananionicpolymer,i.e.manyofthesidechainsofPAAwilllosetheirprotonsandacquireanegativecharge.ThismakesPAAspolyelectrolytes,withtheabilitytoabsorbandretainwaterandswelltomanytimestheiroriginalvolume.DryPAAsarefoundinthemarketaswhiteandfluffypowders.Carbomercodes(910,934,940,941and934P)areanindicationofmolecularweightandthespecificcomponentsofthepolymer.FormanyapplicationsPAAsareusedinformofalkalimetalorammoniumsalts,e.g.sodiumpolyacrylate.
用途：聚丙烯酸为低分子量丙烯酸单聚物，和有机膦酸盐和有机膦酯、聚磷酸盐复配使用，有较好的协同效应，对在水中膦酸钙、氧化铁有优良的分散作用。可在碱性和高浓缩倍数条件下运行而不结垢。聚丙烯酸排放时不会污染环境。
