简介：Cantharidinisanodorless,colorlessterpenesecretedbymanyspeciesofblisterbeetles,includingbroadlyingenusEpicauta,andinspeciesLyttavesicatoria(Spanishfly).Falseblisterbeetles,cardinalbeetles,andsoldierbeetlesalsoproducecantharidin.Poisoningfromthesubstanceisasignificantveterinaryconcern,especiallyinhorsesfromtheEpicautaspecies,butitcanalsobepoisonoustohumansiftakeninternally(wheretheoriginismostoftenexperimentalself-exposure).Externally,cantharidinisapotentvesicant(blisteringagent),exposuretowhichcancauseseverechemicalburns.Properlydosedandapplied,thesamepropertieshavebeenusedforeffectivetopicalmedicationsforsomeconditions,suchastreatingpatientswithMolluscumcontagiosuminfectionoftheskin.
用途：1.斑蝥素可以抑制癌细胞的蛋白质和核酸的合成,从而控制其大量增殖。对治疗原发性肝癌有一定疗效,常与其他抗肿瘤药配合使用。另外,对乳腺癌、食道癌、白细胞下降、肺癌以及慢性肝炎等病症也有一定疗效。
