简介：Hexachlorophene,alsoknownasNabac,isanorganochlorinecompoundthatwasoncewidelyusedasadisinfectant.Thecompoundoccursasawhiteodorlesssolid,althoughcommercialsamplescanbeoff-whiteandpossessaslightlyphenolicodor.Itisinsolubleinwaterbutdissolvesinacetone,ethanol,diethylether,andchloroform.Inmedicine,hexachloropheneisausefulasatopicalanti-infective,anti-bacterialagent,oftenusedinsoapsandtoothpaste.Itisalsousedinagricultureasasoilfungicide,plantbactericide,andacaricide.
用途：六氯酚对革兰氏阳性菌特别有效，而对革半氏阴性菌效力差，对高酸菌、霉菌及牙胞杆菌、病毒、螺旋体等无效。石炭酸系数为125。该品曾大量用于痱子、襁褓斑疹、面疱的治疗药及婴儿扑粉、药皂等。对氯酚对皮肤几乎没有刺激作用。药皂中的用量一般为2%,用于化妆品的量只在
