用途：氨茶碱氨茶碱药物对支气管平滑肌的松弛作用是最强的，可使支气管扩张，肺活量增加，作用较为持久，尤其是对痉挛状态的支气管效果显著，另外氨茶碱还有扩张冠状动脉，增加心肌供血，加强心脏收缩力的作用。多用于马牛的肺气肿，以及犬因心力衰竭而引起的肺充血（心性喘息）的平喘。
